Senji Muramasa is a character in Nioh 2.

Senji Muramasa is a legendary swordsmith who hails from Ise Province (present-day Mie prefecture). This name Muramasa was adopted by each head of the smithing lineage, and this name was engraved on each sword they made. There have been many famed Muramasa blades, including Honda Tadakatsu's beloved spear Tombokiri, and the sword used to behead Tokugawa Nobuyasu, son of Ieyasu, after his ritual suicide.
While making his return from his long travels, Muramasa loses his way in the mountains. Unsure if he will ever make it back, he decides to rest but is discovered by the protagonist, who was sent by his granddaughter Toyo to bring the old master safely back home. When he finally returns to his forge, he is filled with vigor and is eager to get back to work.

Senji Muramasa is rescued in The Roaming Artisan. Afterwards, he joins the Blacksmith, where he adds the Remodeling service and provides an additional source of Patronage perks.
