A common type fo soldier's hat. It is lightweight, and designed not to get in the way when the wearer is using a gun. The Saika clan consisted of samurai who favoured armour that complemented their ability with firearms.

Greaves comprising thick iron plates fixed with cord. They are designed to support the ankle, allowing the wearer to crouch for long periods.
